Director Dorothea Cotter has over 30 years experience as a riding instructor and horse trainer. She is certified by The American Riding Instructor Certification Program and is a Level II Centered Riding Instructor. She has a bachelor's degree and holds a New York State teaching certificate. She has trained in multiple disciplines with Olympic team members and international dressage riders. Her experience includes showing, eventing, endurance riding, hunters, jumpers, dressage, clinics and judging.
